 Willie is FINALLY home from Alaska! After being gone for half of June 

I finally have my husband back! Me and Vance missed him like crazy and 

after 2 weeks we have our bearded mountain man daddy back!

I layed down yesterday afternoon for a quick nap and was woke to what sounded like cabinets being slammed shut in the kitchen. I ran down stairs and was greeted by burnt egg smell and a kitchen full of a dozen exploded boiled eggs! I completely forgot i left the eggs on the stove! The water had boiled down to nothing and they were laying bare on the bottom of the pot... I guess when they get to hot they explode bc they had "jumped" out and were scattered everywhere! There was literally egg yolk across the kitchen and splattered about the walls, cabinets and fridge! I think I'm losing my marbles! 

Thursday we went to Canyon Lake to help Chelsie celebrate her 22nd birthday.  

Aside from the sunburned shins and nose and waking up feeling really

 "saddle-sore" from the jest ski...we had a great time the water was 

really nice and the weather was great and alyx and vance loved the water!

Vance had such a fun birthday yesterday @ tempe beach park! The weather was fantastic! THANK YOU EVERYONE who showed up for the good time and all the great gifts! 

Sooo fun to see you all and have you help celebrate our little guys special day

Vance wasn't sure at first about the whole cake thing 

but had no trouble getting into it later! Oh...well Av helped too!

We asked Vance how old he was gonna be and he started putting up his finger...

we were laughing so hard so ever since when we ask him he show's us he's one!

It was so fun to go down, have no schedule, no agenda ....just relax! The weather was nice and warm for swimmin' but beautiful in the shade and that ocean breaze was heaven! yes... I have been wanting to get out of the heat! We hit all our favorite spots and vance even got to see BRUCE from Finding Nemo (his favorite movie)! This was his first trip with us to the beach and he loved the sand...enough to take 2 huge hand fulls to his mouth and eat it!  We had a great time and i'm sure the next trip won't come soon enough!
